Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-14 business days

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays unless otherwise noted. In the case of higher than normal volumes in orders, your shipment may be delayed further than what is listed here. KeystoneOnline will make you aware of any such changes to your delivery schedule.

Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please select the shipping option that applies to your location. If there is no shipping option available for your location please use local pickup as a payment option (Send Invoice). KeystoneOnline will resend the invoice with the shipping rate and order process time. Once payment is received, KeystoneOnline will complete the order and arrange shipping or delivery to your location. 


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

KeystoneOnline does not ship to these locations unless otherwise noted by a KeystoneOnline representative.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Your shipping confirmation and tracking will be emailed, once your shipping has been ordered, and tracking numbers are received by our carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

KeystoneOnline is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KeystoneOnline is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your order is visibly damaged upon delivery, do not sign and accept your order from the carrier.
