Residential Warranty
20-Year Structural / 10-Year Finish (Prorated)
For residential applications, including single-family homes and detached duplexes, our railing systems are built for long-term performance.
- Structural components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years
- Powder-coated finishes are warranted for 10 years against blistering, cracking, peeling, or flaking
- Coverage applies under normal residential use
Commercial Warranty
20-Year Structural / 5-Year Finish (Prorated)
For commercial and multi-residential projects, our railing systems meet demanding performance standards.
- Structural components are warranted for 20 years
- Powder-coated finishes are warranted for 5 years against blistering, cracking, peeling, or flaking
- Coverage applies under normal commercial use
Fire Pits & Accessories
Our fire pits and accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
(Paint and finish coatings are not included.)
